RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 Faulty or incorrect items

 

  • If you find fault with any item or if you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us via email at cleanconscienceuk@yahoo.com within 3 days of receipt for approval to return or exchange.

 

  • You will need to dispatch it back to us within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the item (and delivery charge if it was all that was ordered). 

  • As with any skincare product, if irritation occurs discontinue use. 

  • Please avoid using products on or around the eye area.

  • If you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before using the product for the first time.

  • Please consult your GP/Midwife before using products containing essential oils.

  • If you have any medical concerns, please consult your GP before using products containing essential oils. 

  • We do not recommend using products containing essential oils on young children.

  • Some of the products in our shop are handmade by our suppliers, so there may be slight variations between batches which may affect product appearance, aroma and viscosity.

 

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

Non- Faulty items

  • If the goods are not faulty and you wish to return them you must let us know the reason you are returning the item via email at cleanconscienceuk@yahoo.com

  • You will need inform us within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have an additional 14 days to despatch it back to us. We will then refund you the full price of the item(s) providing that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a re-salable condition

  • Please ensure you send the item back to us using a 'tracked' postal service and keep the receipt from the Post Office as we can not take responsibility for items lost in the post.   

 

  • Due to the nature of our products we can only fully refund items if the product is unopened and sent back to us within 28 days of delivery. 

 

  • Upon receipt of the unopened item we will provide a full refund providing the item meets our Return & Exchange policy above.
